Heal Acne with Diet and Healthy Life Cycle

I have my longest experience dealing with acne who had never come to an end, until finally now my acne started to fade away. honestly it's been very irritating since i've done almost any things from topical creams to antibiotics in the hope of finding cure but never would have that thing happened at all before.

Sometimes it seemed like they wanted to go away from my face and when i was about to feel relieved it came back!! Honestly i know you guys, yes it was irritating..

But don't lose hope, coming from my experience i would like to give you some of dos and don'ts in treating acne and make them go away forever. Apparently we can not rely on one factor only though..

1. The Food

The food we eat apparently has correlation to our gut and our gut has a correlation to our body (especially SKIN on your face). Switch your diet to to low level hormonal food.
Food to eat are fish, Tempe, fermentation food, right amount of nuts, Tofu, any whole grains whether it's rice, wheat, oats, plenty of vegetables, fruits, plenty of water and probiotic
Food to avoid are Oily food, sugar, meat, milk any dairy product especially cheese. :( Any food that has high level of hormone like meat has a chance to trigger cystic acne.

2. Digestive System

It's not less important than eating healthy food, whenever you feel like going to toilet you have to go, don't delay it. As long as you delay, the fluid in your large intestine will be reabsorbed to your body and it's totally not good. Often time when our body full of toxin it will be shown up first in our face skin, our skin looks dull and in case with someone who has acne, they sometimes will regrow acne in acne scars area that are not fully healed yet. I feel this impact is quite big, everytime my daily toilet time is fulfilled i will surely have a bright face with no signs of acne growing. I mentioned probiotic before, and this is what it good at. Probiotic will help you maintaining a good gut.

3. Meditation and Exercise Daily

Actually it has connection to one another. If you eat healthy food but you are sooo stressful, IT WILL IMPACT your digestive systems. Your bowel movement will go slower and it leads you to constipation which again will make your acne grow back again :(. It seems like our gut defines our skin and our body a lot but what we eat and how live a life define our guts a lot. So this point is important too. Think positively, do yoga, or pray to God, do some activities to keep you busy and you'll be very peaceful which is very good to your body.

Next you have to exercise daily as it can help functioning a healthy bowel movement. We need a relax time and active time to make a healthy bowel movement. If you go without doing any activity it will slow down your bowel movement which has the same impact to make you constipation. so i believe you just need to be balance on your life so you can get a fresh and beautiful skin without acne.

4. Clay Mask

Last but not least, i would recommend you to use a mask every 3 day or week. but not full of ingredients mask, just simply put INERT materials mask like Clay mask. This is because i have tried many rich ingredients like Apple Cider Vinegar, Cream that contains fruits extract, vitamin, but i am so sad, for the face who have acne like what i have it doesn't work out. So maybe if you have experience like me, you can choose a dried Mask like Clay or Charcoal or any innert materials mask since it TECHNICALLY just pulls out bacteria and impurities from your face's pores without making effect on your cell's metabolism since it can't be absorbed by our skin cells. So it's gonna be a lot safer for a sensitive skin.

Another advice that is also good is Fasting. try intermittent fasting, i feel the acne even the scars showing no signs of activity at all  since maybe they're died out. Fasting is also good at cleaning up your digestive system that's why for me it's going to be beneficial for us to deal with acne.
